Members in Good Standing should receive notice of our February 22nd meeting later this week. If you do not receive a text message, please email membershipcoordinator@cudsa.red so we can troubleshoot.
Please note that CU DSA communications will slow down during our holiday period from November 26 through December 1.
Are we endorsing the white-washing of American history by taking breaks during our government’s holidays? No! We are on ethnically cleansed land as hard as that can be for folks to recognize. We do not condone ethnic conquest nor the breach of treaties, nor it’s erasure. We also do not demonize residents for enjoying rituals instilled in them but instead insist on non-judgemental educational context.
We rest over the holidays so members can practice sustainable organizing. Sustainable organizing is where one’s time for their needs, family, and friends come first. We organize together in the space left over.
Some members may be traveling to take advantage of their very few days off, and some may need to unplug from work and organizing to focus on themselves.
We thank you for your patience and encourage you to rest as well, knowing that your inquiries will be responded to after the holiday break.
